Cool room in great set up. Onsite reception rooms, restaurant and bar. Plus garden with light.
Had tv troubles - and WiFi - the whole system was down for 24 hours but then it was fixed.

I had a great stay at Ember Locke Kensington. The location is excellent and the room was gorgeous, spacious, and very comfortable with a cosy bed. Communication was quick and the facilities were really impressive.
The only downside was that the bathroom could have been cleaner, as it was quite dusty.

Location superb; the decor is eclectic and colourful; most comfortable bed; pretty well equipped fitness room
TVs not working, therefore we had to chase the internet password (as it was on TV); some staff were a little disinterested in helping.

The rooms were too small and the staff were indifferent about our considerations and you have to schedule cleaning services 24 hours before
