    This was a lovely smart hotel with all the facilities I expect of a good hotel. The room was air conditioned which was a blessing in the hot London weather. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was very good. I would describe the hotel as being in Earl’s Court rather than Kensington though

    Friendly and responsive staff. Great location! 3 mins walk to underground station (Earl’s Court). Surrounded by pubs, bakeries, fast food (Macca, KFC, Burger King) and food stores. I lived on -1 floor. The room was small and compact, not so much natural light. Not many space left after opening my suitcase. AC in the room saved me from the heatwave in London. The bathroom is also tiny. It has great shower and hot water, but the design fails to contain water inside the shower. So water spills everywhere after shower. And the exhausting fan was not strong enough, so the steam of shower made the whole room felt hot and humid.

    I was in a basement t room It was very noisy early in the morning The TV was impossible to use !!!
