    I can’t even think of staying anywhere else on my annual trip to London. It’s a fabulous hotel with super service and great breakfast. The beds and in general the rooms are small but comfortable. They are clean. Great location. Not even 5 minutes to the tube station. Good restaurants are nearby. Boots and M&S on each corner of the road. What more can one expect. Totally recommendable.

    It’s the second time i stay here for travel. Very clean and comfortable environment to stay, with friendly staffs. We will definitely come back next time!

    Stayed for a couple of nights. It was ok, comfy bed and quiet, we slept well garden room was very small. USB chargers didnt work (apart from 1) Aircon stopped working (they did fix this quickly though) Cobwebs on window outside Staff entered our room even though we had do not disturb on

    The phone in my room was faulty (confirmed by staff). Reported on arrival, and not fixed during 3 night stay. The electrics in my room were a nightmare! I heard other guests complaining. symbols were unintelligable, I never got some lights to work, and there didn't seem to be a switch near door to turn on or off lighting. My room was in a separate building necessitating use of steps up and down to entrances, walking along street to go to breakfast or visit reception (as there was no phone). I was not advised of this when i booked the room I booked a deluxe double room. I was in room 310 and i could not discern any "deluxe" features! Overall a very disappointing stay I found some staff extremely helpful but others very abrupt. Breakfast was also diappointing: 1) scrambled eggs looked very unloved no effort made to freshen them up. 2) temperature of "hot food" at best warm 3) sausages (in the country that invented them,) were very low quality and tasteless 4) NO MARMALADE!
