I had a very nice stay here. Great location and excellent staff. The rooms are nice. I have stayed at their other hotels in Manchester and Edinburgh, and they were very nice as well

I had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. Since my room faced the garden side, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful.
The staff were all so kind and welcoming.
The only minor thing was that the entrance door felt a bit heavy, but it wasn't a big deal. I would love to stay here again!

The staff was fantastic. The hotel is beautiful, and the convenience to the tube was awesome. You can easily walk to different areas, too. Felt very safe. Unfortunately, the hotel does not allow you to turn on the a/c and the room was very warm and there’s no ventilation. They gave me a fan, and that was okay, but it do caused me a night of not sleeping. Other than that, I would come back again.

Lovely place located amazingly for London access. Beautiful, leafy garden with a retro feel. Highly recommended.
