A terrible stay and extremely poor communication

The front desk staff could not communicate at all — they didn’t speak English and didn’t even try to use a translator. There were no basic amenities in the room: no cups, no kettle, not even any welcome coffee or tea. The bathroom was basically just a small box inside the room, and the motion-sensor light kept turning off while showering, forcing me to step out repeatedly. I strongly do not recommend this hotel. Foreign travelers who only speak English should absolutely avoid staying here.

The hotel is located maybe 50-100 m from the garfrescha I chair lift, you can ski down just to the chair. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The general atmosphere in the evening is that of a mountain cabin, which we liked very much. Breakfast and dinner are very tasty.

We received a 4 bed room, although we reserved a double one. The request to change the room couldn't be fulfilled as the hotel was fully booked. Because the rooms are similar in size, this means less place for our stuff. Between breakfast and dinner they don't serve anything and the bar is closed, which wouldn't normally be a problem if you spent all time in the slopes, but if you don't ski or are injured there's not much to do.

Die lockere Art. Freundlichkeit des Chefs und des Personals. Essen war gut. Sehr gutes Salatbüffet. Die tolle Lage und Aussicht auf die Gafreschabahn.

Die Auswahl vom Essen war sehr beschränkt. (Nudelgerichte ,Schnitzelvarianten) Es müsste etwas abwechslungsreicher sein.

Frühstück war okay. Sauna und Dinner vor Ort. Bushaltestelle, Lebensmittelgeschäft und Garfrescha Bahn Talstation in der nähe.

Zimmer und Bad Reinigung (Fußboden) war nicht vorhanden.

Meine Übernachtung war sehr spontan, das Einschecken unproblematisch, das Frühstück sehr gut.

Die Lage der Basemontafon ist super, aus dem Skikeller konnte ich direkt zum Lift fahren. Aus dem Zimmer einen sehr schönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Zimmer und das Hotel sind sehr modern gestaltet, was mir besonders gut gefallen hat. Personal sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Es hat mir an nichts zum Skifahren gefehlt. Mein Gepäck konnte ich am nächsten Tag noch bis zu meiner Abreise abends einlagern und mich im Saunabereich umziehen.

Recht einfache Unterkunft mit eher Jugendherbergscharakter. Freundliches Personal. Gute Lage zum Einstiegslift.

Schlechte Betten, kein Schrank, lediglich offene Ablagen. Sauna ohne Ansage Dienstags nicht zu nutzen. Preis - Leistungsverhältnis stimmt in keinster Weise.

Prima kamers en voorzieningen op een perfecte locatie

Ruime kamer met koffie en thee faciliteiten. Praktische inrichting Prima ontbijt, ruime keuze. Bar in het hotel is niet duur. Informele sfeer. In onze douche werkte het licht niet goed en het water liep onvoldoende weg. Dit is direct opgelost.

Alles conform verwachting. Sporthotel zonder franje.

Ich fand es super, komme wieder und empfehle die Base auch weiter.

Die Lage der Base ist unschlagbar, ca. 100 m bis zum Sessellift! Skikeller im Haus, man kann morgens nach dem Frühstück direkt auf die Piste. Tolles Frühstücksbuffet mit reichlich Auswahl. Junges, modernes Ambiente. Es gibt einen Saunabereich, perfekt zum aufwärmen nach dem Skitag. Die Base ist natürlich kein Wellnesshotel, aber perfekt für sportlich Ambitionierte, die den Skitag komplett nutzen wollen.

Unbedingt an Hausschuhe denken 😉

Frühstück und Lage des Hotels sind sehr gut. 100 Meter abwärts und schon ist man am kleinen Skilift.

Rezeption ist zu selten besetzt, erst ab 16h wenn man mal Fragen hat. Hatten um 16 h zum Duschen kein warmes Wasser.

Die Unterkunft ist von der Lage super auch der Skikeller ist top und beheizt. Das Frühstück war gut mit einer kleinen aber feinen Auswahl.

Das Zimmer war leider nicht super geputzt, komischerweise lag eine Mandarine bei uns auf dem Boden? Es waren noch Haare in der Dusche und allgemein hat mir das Zimmer den Eindruck gegeben als hätte man es nur oberflächlich sauber gemacht…

Sehr nahe am Skilift und bei der Busstation

Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und wenn auf dem Gang jemand ist hört man alles, das Personal versteht nicht gut Deutsch und es wurde nicht gut erklärt wie der Ablauf beim Essen ist - man muss an der Bar bestellen etc. Für den Preis doch sehr hoch und wenig Benefits.

Alles in Allem hats super gepasst, gerne wieder!

Frühstück super, auch das neue Bezahlsystem/Essen holen etc. funktioniert gut und macht auch Sinn. Vorteil: am Abreisetag kann man einfach gehen ohne noch admin. Arbeiten zu erledigen.

Das Personal am Getränkeservice hatte noch nicht so viel Routine, dadurch gab es teils längere Wartezeiten. Es wurde jedoch von Tag zu Tag besser :-)

Das Personal war sehr sehr hilfsbereit und hat jeden Wunsch erfüllt - das Zimmer war sehr sauber - beim Frühstück war alles da, was man sich wünscht - das Abendessen war superlecker - sehr gemütliche Lounge mit Hängesesseln und einer Bücherei…

Getränke müssen mittlerweile direkt bezahlt werden, das war letztes Jahr anders. Das Personal war letztes Jahr deutlich freundlicher. Wir haben als paar zu zweit ein Familienzimmer bekommen, die zwei Betten haben wir nicht nutzen können. Dafür gab es auch nur einen kleinen Schrank, keinen Kühlschrank und keinen Tresor. Der Fernseher hatte keinen Empfang. Es war leider kein Doppelbett sondern zwei zusammengestellte Betten. Ziemlich abhängig also, was für ein Zimmer man bekommt..
