Immaculate, modern apartment close to town with great views.

Spacious, lovely view from terrace, very clean & modern, short distance to town.

Situated up a very steep hill, not suitable for some. Parking only possible for small or medium sized cars. Poor sound proofing, able to hear in the guests in apartment below.

Modern, large and fully equipped apartment 350m far from promenade with some minor defects.

Good location ( uphill 300 - 400m far from city center / promenade ). Modern, large, fully equipped and quiet apartment. We had ground flor apartment with small front garden and kids loved it.

Missing grill ( even if front garden has grill area ). Parking is not suitable for SUVs or higher cars. We experienced electricity outage ( the landlord had to come and fix it ) The equipment of the house requires more maintenance ( the refrigerator does not close properly , the smell in the bathroom / toilet, a broken plug in the children's room and other minor defects )

Well maintained apartment not far from the sea

It’s a nice and quiet place to stay, not far from the beach. Good for a group with a nice terrace.

Great host, nice view on the beach from the terrace, big and clean apartment

Great host, nice view on the beach from the terrace, big and clean apartment. The Medusa beach (that has free sunbeds available in the late afternoon) is close, it is just 350 meters from the house. (Portorož downtown is close, too.) There is a garage for two cars (there are two apartments in the house). The furniture is new and the house is well-equipped. The neighbors (including the host) are very helpful and nice people.

The way back home from the Medusa beach and Portorož downtown is very challenging (or even exhausting) because of the difference in the altitudes. This is, however, also a kind of benefit that you can have an overview of the beach from almost each house. The house is difficult to find with a navigation system. There are two houses with the same number. But the neighbors are extremely kind and they will help you to find the apartment. At night the blinking advertisements of the Portorož downtown can be annoying. In one of the bedrooms this can disallow sleeping because the lights of the downtown are extremely bright.

Tolles Apartment mit viel Platz und moderner Ausstattung

Das Apartment war sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet (bequeme Möbel/Betten, genug Handtücher, Küchenutensilien,..). Es war mehr ausreichend Platz vorhanden, die Aufteilung auf zwei Ebenen ist auch gut gewählt, der kleine Garten vor der Haustüre war gemütlich. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen + 1 Kind dort und hatten noch ein Bett, sowie die riesige Couch frei. Also ideal für größere Familien, mehrere Generationen oder Gruppen. Aufgefallen und erwähnenswert ist auf alle das Bad und die Dusche. Diese war im Vergleich mit anderen Unterkünften in Urlaubsgebieten großzügig und man kann sich duschen und abtrocknen, ohne sich ständig an einer Wand zu stoßen oder am Duschvorhang kleben zu bleiben. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch gut per Telefon zu erreichen, wenn es etwas zu klären gab. Der Weg zum Strand ist OK und durchgehend am Gehsteig. ca 1/3 des Weges ist richtig steil, aber durch die Nähe zum Strand ist das Stück nicht allzu lang.

Mit Kind ist die Stiege eventuell ein Thema, bei uns hat es gut funktioniert. Unten steht eine Stufe in den Raum, zwecks Stolpern, und oben ist die erste Stufe etwas im Raum, die könnte übersehen werden. Wie gesagt, bei uns war es OK (Kind 4 Jahre).

SZuper tágas apartman, nagyon tetszett a nagy kanapé a nappaliban, kényelmesen elfértünk. A nagy étkezőasztal is praktikus volt. Az ágyak kényelmesek. A tengerpart egy kis sétával érhető el, az út meredek, de szerintem kibírható.

konyharuhát hiányoltuk a konyhából.
