Good potential, lacks execution

Amazing location and comfortable space.

It wasn’t good enough. We took apartment cause it had dishwasher even we haven’t planned to cook - no dishwashing tablet. Shower gel, also, not enough for 3 day stay. Od course, no complimentary bottle of water even-though flat is on 2nd floor - steep stairs and no elevator. No hot water whatsoever, nothing just bare minimum to take the money. There people are in money taking business, not hospitality. And its a shame, we wanted so much to be amazing.

The apartment is located on a higher floor, but it's nothing terrible. I would have added some equipment, but when we asked for something, it was delivered to us immediately!

Über den Dächern der Altstadt von Piran.

Das Apartment ist sehr geräumig und auf 2 Ebenen. Die uneinsehbare Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Kirchturm ist der Hit. Mit den 3 Schlafzimmern, darunter eines mit 2x2 Betten können mühelos bis zu 8 Erwachsene übernachten.

Der Aufstieg und Abstieg durch ein sehr enges und steiles Treppenhaus sehr beschwerlich und unsicher. Für kleine Kinder und alte Leute nicht geeignet. Durch den Innenhof und Lichtschacht gibt es und schlechten Geruch durch die angrenzenden Nachbarn. Die Gastgeber sollten ihre Informationen über Parken, Zufahrt zum EIn/Ausladen sowie das sehr gute Kleinbussystem im Ort aktualisieren.

Apartma je zelo prostoren in svetel, kar je še posebej prijetno ob dneh, ko je slabše vreme. S terase se odpira pogled na cerkev. Dobra komunikacija.

Stopnice, ampak v starem mestu je to pričakovano in nas ni oviralo.

Odličen apartma za družine ali pare.

Fleksibilen self check-in. Všeč so nam bila natančna navodila, ki so nam podala vse potrebne informacije glede parkiranja (v garažni hiši - dodatno doplačilo), prihoda do apartmaja in vse informacije glede apartmaja. Gostitelj nam je tudi bil na razpolago za vse potrebno.

Apartma je sicer v višjem nadstropju, vendar to ni vplivalo na naše udobje. Mogoče ni primeren za gibalno ovirane goste.

Lage super. Piran ist wunderschön

Nach Beschreibung der Unterkunft sind 2 Doppelzimmer und 2 Bad, 2 WC und ein Zimmer mit Hochbetten. Alles auf einer Etage ,schön und gut aber nur ein Doppelzimmer hat ein Bad mit Dusche u. WC. Zweites ….

Zweites Doppelzimmer ohne Bad u. WC und das ist auch nicht soweit schlimm aber das zweites Bad mit Dusche und WC sind auf eine Etage höher , also man muss für WC rauf gehen. Stellt euch das mitten in der Nacht vor!!! Jetzt reden wir über das zweites Bad. Also die Dusche ist zu klein, dass du dich kaum bewegen kannst nicht als erwachsener und auch nicht als Jugendlicher, abgesehen von dem Mini Waschbecken, dass man nicht einmal ordentlich sein Gesicht waschen kann😡.alles spritzt daneben. Also für €1,358,.. naja man ist im Zentrum von Piran. Das ist nicht geeignet für ältere Menschen , die mit Koffer unterwegs sind. Man müsste den Koffer fast am Rücken tragen und das ganze die Stiegen hinauf😓 Für junge Menschen könnte das alles eventuell egal sein, es könnten sogar 8 Personen drinnen schlafen.

Das Apartment können wir (4 Personen - eine Meinung/Wahrnehmung) nicht empfehlen!

Die Zimmer waren groß. Der Blick aus dem Wohnzimmer/Wohnküche sehr schön auf das Meer. Die Dachterrasse war recht groß. Die Lage des Apartments sehr zentral.

Der Treppenaufgang ist "abenteuerlich". Die Stufen sind sehr, sehr steil und für ältere Menschen oder Kleinkinder bzw. Menschen mit Handicap kaum bzw. nicht zu bewältigen. Das Apartment verfügt über zwei Bäder. Eines der Bäder ist extrem klein und eng. Das Apartment verfügt über zwei Schlafzimmer. Das Fenster von einem der zwei Schlafzimmer hat zwar ein Fenster, aber dieses Fenster öffnet sich in einen Schacht. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt nicht. Die Endreinigung in Höhe von 110,00 Euro, wobei der Müll noch selbst entsorgt werden muss, ist bei 4 Tagen Aufenthalt völlig unverhältnismäßig. Check-Out ist um 10:00 Uhr. Wir wollten noch bis 12:00 Uhr bleiben. Auf Anfrage durften wir dann bis 11:30 Uhr bleiben. Sehr uncool.
