A delightful place to relax and enjoy some time out in a charming old town.

The location was fabulous. The rooftop verandah provided a brilliant almost 360° view over the Piran marina and up towards the square and church. Brilliant at sunset. The layout of the rooms was a bit quirky but this shouldn’t put people off. It was a lot quieter than I was expecting it to be. The host Katja couldn’t have been more helpful. Was impressed by her support and on call availability. She made things very easy.

The steps are tricky with a suitcase. Piran is hard if you have a vehicle, but that is not the fault.

Prime location, but actual apartment lacked attention to detail. Has the potential to be far better.

Prime location, roof top terrace & friendly hosts who owned a beautiful souvenir shop near the apartment selling local produce.

Uncomfortable mattress with very poor/cheap, mismatched bed linen, pillows (1 each) were bad quality, 2 small & thin single duvet covers with no inner duvet as shown in the images on the booking site? Understandably it gets hot during the summer months but with the ac on to keep the room cool, just a duvet cover wasn’t comfortable enough, it would have been nice to have the option, and at least a double duvet cover.. unsure if there was a proper sheet on the mattress- and there was no mattress protector. Bed was in a bad place, pushed up against the wall, next to window, no bedside tables or plugs next to bed. It definitely could have been placed away from the window & bedside tables would have been more appropriate. Odd smell to the apartment, occupant on floor below smoked heavily which I know isn’t the owner of this apartments fault but the scented reed diffuser placed on entry was completely dry so it was useless. Apartment lacked a lot of personality & felt very bare, especially the entrance area- it was nice & bright but empty?? understandably it had a slanting roof which limited the space but it could have been utilised better: tables and chairs were unattractive. No/minimal decorative touches apart from one small print on the wall above the bed. Terrace was an added bonus but again, unfortunately lacked a lot of charm or any personality which actually made us not use it as much as we hoped to… Yes there are very steep steps to enter the terrace but this wasn’t something we weren’t surprised by as we read other reviews. The apartment could be really nice if a small amount of money was spent on it to make it more charming & attractive and to give it a more homely feeling - And considering the cost, it wasn’t far off the price of a 3-4* hotel in the area with far better facilities. No bin liners in toilet bin or kitchen, no kettle.

Small but comfortable studio, terrace fantastic

The terrace, with amazing views and the location make this a great place to stay in Piran. The host was able to arrange a late check-in for us,which we were grateful for.

Worth noting the steep and narrow stairs for families or those with reduced mobility. A travel cot would have been ideal.

View from the rooftop was great, airco did a good job.

Way to expensive for what you get, a lot of things not in order such as: entrance with stairs needs renovation, leaking shower, front door was never locked (anyone could acces the rooftop terrace), barking dogs in the building, doorhandle kept falling off, waspnest nearby the rooftop (not possible to eat outside), wifi password didnt work, etc... you can ger better value for the same money booking somewhere else (like hotel Piran an bit further down the road).

Lage ist top (50m vom Hauptplatz). Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön (auch wenn kein Sonnenuntergang sichtbar ist).

Bien uniquement pour la localisation et la terrasse

L'emplacement et la terrasse sont les deux gros points positifs de ce logement.

Le logement manque d'équipements de base (pas de torchon, pas de sacs poubelles). La logistique concernant le check-in et le check-out pourrait être meilleure (respecter l'horaire de RDV ou sinon mettre une boîte à clef pour une arrivée et un départ autonome). Le logement en lui-même n'est pas très agréable. Aucun intérêt mis à part sa localisation idéale pour visiter Piran et la terrasse. Parasol fourni cassé.
