Mai was incredible from the moment we booked — and all the way through our stay. She helped us plan activities in Hanoi and for the other cities we’ll visit in Vietnam, which made everything so easy.
Mai, Fiona, and the whole team were super welcoming and genuinely kind.
Location is perfect: right in the Old Quarter, surrounded by restaurants, shops, and everything you need to stay entertained.
We had a 6th floor room away from the street, so it was quiet and peaceful despite the buzz downstairs. Rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable.
I would 100% recommend this hotel.

Entrance where the gate was not automatic with no ramp was hard to bring the luggage
