Really in downtown. Found everything in the area.
The only thing is swimming pool was not available in the property but nearby.

The staff were young but lovely and very accommodating. Room was quite large for the area -Old Town, Hanoi
There were no communal areas like a lounge/sitting area (just one or two chairs in reception)
No swimming pool as advertised (it was in a sister hotel)
