We were extremely well treated at the Hanoi Morning Hotel. JULIE was so so wonderful to us. She helped organize our excursions and anything we needed. If you can get an upper floor with a Lakeview, it's golden. Great location can't beat it.

The hotel is in a very convenient location, making it easy to explore the area around Hanoi. However, there were a couple of issues during the stay. The hot water suddenly stopped working, and we needed to contact the front desk staff to help fix it. Also, rooms with windows facing the street can be quite noisy, especially at night. Aside from these issues, the location is definitely the biggest advantage of Hanoi Morning Hotel.

Helpful staff, excellent location (near to everything like tourist spots, shopping markets, tour bus, restaurants and massage spa. Room is spacious and with excellent lake view.

The advert never stated the room was without a window all together, and the rooftop that they advertise with the photos and the included breakfast are non existent
