Friendly staff and great location.
Bed was hard, breakfast ok, limited yogurt and other options outside of eastern and standard western fried food.

Der Service war sehr gut, die Lage war perfekt
Es war schon teilweise eher staubig im Zimmer, die Steckdosen, die Regale, das Bad. Der Duschvorhang war kaputt. Da Handwerker in unser Zimmer mussten konnten wir mehrere Stunden nicht ins Zimmer. Alternativ hätten wir das Zimmer auch wechseln können. Das wäre ohne Balkon gewesen. Dennoch sollten wir am Ende zwei Wasser bezahlen die wir getrunken haben.

People at reception very helpful and supportive. Very friendly too. location is great. same the hotel. good value for money. wifi and breakfast good. i found the idea with the glass water bottle very good. Spa area nice and good service.
Spa need a little organisation update.

excellent location in the "hard" of old city , many restaurants close to hotel
cleanliness ( especially aisle .... ) not clean at all, breakfast menu really simple, not to much variety , better go outside hotel for breakfast , hotel need "good" maintenance ...
