    Thank you for the welcoming and warm service during our stay, and thank you for upgrading our room. We really appreciate it and thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. If you stay here, the massage is a must-try. It's the best massage I've ever had.

    The rooms were clean and spacious. Almost everything was a walkable distance, and the weekend night market was super close by. The staff was kind and everyone spoke excellent English, which was very helpful for me. They made awesome recommendations, too. I would stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

    Professional service from Leman old quater staffs. Always welcoming whenever we are back to hotel. Thank you for preparing a small cake to surprise my husband. Very thoughtful and sweet. The room are very clean, service good and breakfast are good too. Definitely will come back again.

    Very disappointing experience. Our overnight cruise was cancelled due to weather conditions, which is understandable. However, while other cruise companies informed their guests hours before check-in, we were only notified 10 minutes before boarding, after we had already completed check-in and traveled 3 hours from Hanoi to Halong Bay. We were told we could join a day tour, receive a partial refund, and be transported back to Hanoi free of charge at 7 PM. Based on this information, we cancelled our own return transportation. Unfortunately, the promised services were not delivered. We only spent about 2 hours on the boat, including lunch and around 1 hour of kayaking. Apart from a single meal, almost no cruise experience was provided. The worst part was the return process. We were told the promised vehicles were full and had to wait for nearly 2 hours. After making us wait, the company changed the refund terms and reduced the refund to only 40%, leaving us with no realistic alternative but to accept. As a result, we did not return to Hanoi until around 10 PM and were left without accommodation arrangements for the night. The cancellation itself was not the company’s fault, but the poor communication, failure to deliver promised services, and last-minute changes to the refund conditions made this a very frustrating experience. I cannot recommend this company based on how this situation was handled.
