Staff were excellent! The rooms were clean. The location was great within old town but not too close to beer street so it wasn't too loud at night.

The staff were kind and accommodating. They even assisted us by allowing us to reheat our takeout food in their kitchen, which we truly appreciated. Their helpfulness and willingness to assist made our stay more pleasant.

The breakfast selection was quite limited, with only a few options available. Expanding the variety of food choices would greatly improve the overall guest experience. The hotel was generally comfortable, but there were some concerns regarding additional charges. We were charged a fee for a small towel that we did not get. While we understand and agree with charges for items such as laundry bags and lost key cards, the main concern was that we were charged for a small towel that we did not get. We hope the hotel can improve its tracking and communication regarding these charges to avoid similar situations for future guests. The hotel also requires a key card to access each floor, which may be inconvenient for guests traveling with a large family or group. If family members are staying on different floors, it can be challenging to visit each other’s rooms since access is restricted without a key card.
