    Trang Trang Classy Hotel is hands down the best budget-friendly option you can book in Hanoi. The location is perfect, situated right in the center of the Old Quarter. While the room I booked was on the smaller side, it was incredibly neat, tidy, and fully equipped with all the basic amenities I needed. What really made our trip seamless was how helpful the hotel was with logistics. They provided a convenient scooter rental right on-site, and the staff took the time to genuinely inquire about our travel plans to offer great advice. Even after we checked out, they kindly offered to keep our bags at the reception for the entire evening so we could explore the city hands-free before leaving. A special shoutout to the receptionists, Ms. Katherine and Mr. Leo! They were so polite, honest, and highly attentive to every detail. I had a fantastic stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great value and exceptional service.

    We only stayed here for one night since it’s right in the middle of the Old Quarter. The room was big, with a sofa and balcony which is nice for families. But since it’s surrounded by bars and restaurants, it gets really noisy even past midnight. Sadly, I didn’t sleep well because the bed felt itchy, possibly bed bugs. Aircon and shower worked fine, but the room wasn’t very clean, there was dust under the table and bed. Probably won’t book here again.
