    Great location 1 minute walk to Hoan Kiem lake. Street fairly calm compare to others. The streets around the lake are closed during the weekend which makes it a a very nice place to walk/run. Lots of local families. Hotel very clean, breakfast should satisfy most people.

    The property is new and still feels very new and fresh. I picked this hotel partly because they have smart tvs that you can stream Netflix and Disney on. The young men at the front desk were there to help us with things like getting a 3rd key, telling us that the washing machines had laundry soap as part of the cycle so we don’t have to add any ourselves. We stayed 3 nights and the 1st morning we didn’t realize we had to put the magnet on the door requesting the room to be made up. So the 2nd morning we put the magnet on the door and the room was kind of made up. The garbage was emptied and they took our dirty towels and left fresh ones. But the beds were not made and they didn’t leave us more toilet paper. We were a party of 3 women so we definitely needed more toilet paper. So I called the front desk and a young man brought us up a roll. One of our party (not me) used an unusually large amount of toilet paper and clogged the toilet. We had to call the front desk about it and another young man came up with a plunger and unclogged it. He had a good attitude about it and didn’t seem annoyed. Also note that the front desk is only staffed from 8am to 10pm. This hotel is about a block from a subway station so it is in a very convenient location. Hongdae is a 10-15 minute walk if you are interested in that.

    Very good location in the Old Quarter, i stayed in the junior balcony suite and loved it! Very good breakfast across the street too

    The stay at Bastra was above and beyond. From the moment I step inside, was warmly welcome. Told them I was leaving early next morning for SAPA and they kindly prepared take out breakfast for me too! The room was clean and comfortable. Had a good rest and will be coming back again 👍🏻
