Hello! Came to town for the half marathon. The Hotel actually has 2 Hotels in the same neighborhood same street. One is called Classy Boutique Hotel and the other is called Classy Central Hotel. I have stayed at both. Both excellent places to stay. Both are close to everything and not expensive at all for Hanoi. Would definitely recommend. The service is excellent! They will go out of their way to make your stay a great one. One particular employee Tuan is the absolute best! He took me to Viettel (the phone company) twice to get my phone and SIM card working. He went way above the call of duty. An excellent employee . This is the only 2 places to stay in Hanoi if you want great service at a great price! Check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Our stay here was pleasant, the room was clean, staff are friendly and helpful, the location is right smack in the center of Old Quarter with a lot of amenities nearby. Recommended!

When we arrived very very early in the morning we were greeted kindly and they helped us with our baggage but because we were too early we had to wait to check in or pay to early check in they also gave us another option in another of their hotels but the rooms were small so we choose to wait till 2 pm for the room we had booked… room had a decent bed some amenities You expect toilet with a bidet so that was all good the shower i have to say you had to close all the doors good and even if you did the water still came into the other area were the sink was and the toilet so that was the only thing i found not so good but further then that the hotel staff were really friendly and you can even have a good chat with them services like laundry were cheap i only paid 60.000 dong per kg so that’s also good so definitely try this hotel out

Hotel room is acceptable, bed is clean and staff are extremely friendly. My only gripe is that no housekeeping came to clean my room for the entire duration of stay (3nights) despite switching on the 'clean my room' button + verbal reminders to the concierge staff. I came back in the afternoon on the second day and saw 3 tiny cockroaches in the toilet. I informed the front desk and the staff was apologetic and said that they will get housekeeping to clean my room, but when I returned back at night, it was not done (trash-bin not cleared, towels in a heap and the cockroach's carcass still there). I was too tired to request for cleaning again and therefore I simply requested for extra towels, which was given to me promptly. The next day I checked with front desk if housekeeping will be done and he said yes, but it wasn't done when I got back. To be fair, I did not pester the front desk and push hard enough for daily room cleaning, which I believe may have been done if I pushed hard enough as the staff are mostly very service oriented. My room was also in a liveable condition as I was travelling solo, thus the quick response to my daily calls for towels were sufficient to not make me feel grossly uncomfortable.
