It was a good comfortable place to stay! Central to everything, comfy beds, lovely staff who allowed us to store luggage and even helped us get it from the cab. If you’re looking for luxury, with great views out of the window, this isn’t it. If you’re looking for no fuss comfy stay near to all best restaurants and all the vibes in Hanoi Old town, this is the spot. We even comfortably slept without noise.
We booked two family rooms for 3 adults and 4 children. All very happy

Great location (close to everything you'd want to do in Hanoi Old Quarter, a lot of tours will pick you up there as well, night market is literally on the street) BUT whats even better: it is set back from the street so we had 0 problems with noise.
Staff is super flexible and helpful! Really friendly (helped us stow our luggage when needed, wait for bus transfers and much more)
