Breakfast was limited, especially for vegetarians, but still sufficient to satisfy the palate. Fruit is of the highest quality. Hotel provided brown-bag breakfast which was very adequate for an early morning start. Staff were all-round very helpful. We had a room with an internal window which was not as bad as we expected. We had a room in the middle floor (3) which worked out well during the intense heat as guests on the top floor reportedly complained about the temperature. The A/C worked very well. Excellent location in the centre of the Old Quarter - great restaurants in the neighborhood. Special 'Thank you' to Ki at Reception - he was very helpful at all times with directions etc. Most of the staff spoke english. They accommodated an hour late check-out and kept the baggage. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Also good advanced communication prior to arrival by management is very reassuring - thank you Mike for keeping in touch!

The staff is excellent, it’s clean with a good breakfast. You could not ask for a better location in old quarter.

The location is absolutely great 👍... if your visiting night market its the ideal location.

Breakfast was very limited. Though I have decided to check in one day before and checkout one day earlier, the hotel wanted me to pay for the additional day. Though I informed them earlier, they were not very convinced as staff in the front desk kept on changing.
