As this was the last night of our Vietnam trip, the kindness and hospitality of the hotel staff truly touched us - especially Hannah, Flora, and Bling.
From a smooth check-in to clean and comfortable rooms, every detail was thoughtfully taken care of.
We were pleasantly surprised with a room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which made our stay even more special.
Considering the price, it was exceptional value for money.
The thoughtful token gift at check-out was a lovely gesture and a perfect way to end our trip on a heartfelt note.

Staff were absolutely fabulous, so helpful. We loved our stay the room was comfortable and the hotel was in a perfect position in the old town. Even though it was so central we were not bothered by any noise.

Great location with the view of the lake and a few minutes walk to most attractions in the Old Quarter.
The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The room is small but very clean and well maintained.

The hotel is in an amazing central location with peaceful and calm atmosphere. The property was very well maintained. The staff made the stay feel like home, very kind and genuine. They helped us book all of our excursions, and even checked in to make sure we got home safely.
Highly recommend.
