Staff made us feel very welcome and was super helpful and kind. Our room was very spacious and clean, it matched the photos and information perfectly. Breakfast is not provided, but some good places very close to the hotel were recommended by the staff. This was absolutely no problem because the accommodation is situated right in the Old Quarter. Despite this, the room is very quiet.
One of my girlfriend's tops got lost during laundry service. We stayed in touch with the staff to see if it could be retrieved, but it was not to be found unfortunately. No big deal for us but would be a pity if it happens to your favourite piece of clothing.
