They provided breakfast in the morning and the place was very clean and quiet. The room was really minimal with great views. Loved it!

Perfect location. Nice breakfast for Eurpeans. Small rooms, but everything worked perfectly! I even could enjoy Dutch radio on the tv. Also loved waterboiler.

Wonderful location and the rooms ar lovely. They staff are incredibly helpful and always at the ready! Highly recommend them whenever staying in Hanoi!

This is an older hotel and buyer be warned BUT 100% would I stay here again (had to move to a 5 start hotel Capella in the French quarter for work)
Why I loved the hotel was staff both were help, recommended going to 5th floor for views of fireworks later that night, and the young lady at checkout helped me with my bags to end of street to order a grab ( as in evening street is closed to cars)
Hotel is half a block to lake and easy walk to beer street, train street and the shopping.
I had a room with no window as got there late in day and only stayed one night( the stowed bags for the day for me. )
Bed comfortable , air con just right, basic shower over loo but I was ok with that.
