The pastries/bread at breakfast could be better, however, the breakfast is still decent

Lovely stay in family room. Big room with comfortable sofa. Nice breakfast with a good variety of food. Very helpful friend staff making recommendations on activities in the area. Hotel is in great location but very quiet at night. Would highly recommend staying here.

the staff were truly amazing. i had illness when i arrived ( bad meal on the plane) and they were great. kept sending water to room and checked on me. the location was great and the actual street was quite at night. provided us with maps and highlighted places to visit. Breakfast was great good choice for all visitors. would definitely return to the hotel if i ever get the chance to visit Hanoi
absolutely nothing to dislike 😃😃😃 thanks you Golden Amour for a fantastic visit.
