The staff were absolutely brilliant. My room was incredibly spacious, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast offered a good variety and the location of the hotel is fantastic. It is close to everything, yet the room was so quiet!
So good that I booked another stay here for when I return to Hanoi.

The staff were absolutely brilliant! the rooms were tidy and cleaned everyday, fresh water was provided everyday. I couldn’t of asked for anything more! would highly reccomend if you are looking for a nice hotel to stay in while in hanoi.

It was beautifully decorated.
The plumbing seemed faulty because the sink and shower took a minute to drain.
