The best part about this hotel was the exceptional staff. Richard helped me book a domestic flight, a trip to Ha Long Bay, and to try to sort challenges with the sim I got in the airport. He even provided me with recommendations not only in Hanoi but in Hoi An when I left. I would definitely go to this hotel again if I return to Hanoi. They even gave me an upgrade for my third night for the same price when I decided to stay longer and my room was already booked.
The room felt a little small but this seems to be quite normal if you stay in the old town. The location was excellent and it was not noisy at night. Other streets in old town can be very noisy.

We liked the location and the staff
It’s a very simple, unwelcoming room. Dark, poor shower
