The location is spot on. Very near to the cathedral and a short walk from the lake. So the location is the best thing of this property if you ask me. To add to that, the staff was very helpful, we were given a balcony room which was very nice. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to all types of travellers.
The room we stayed in had the air conditioner placed at a very awkward position making it very hard for the room to cool down. You need to allow some time for the ac to work and let the room cool down. Thats the only point which was a slight let down.

We really had a wonderful stay in Hanoi Centre silk boutique. From hygiene of the room to amenities available, everything was perfect. The staff that includes, Chi, Lyn, Emma and Tony were extremely helpful and prompt throughout our stay and they helped us get the best possible rates of cruise and other experiences. Kudos to such an incredible bunch of people. Thanks a lot for having us. Cheers and high five!🙌and

The locations is very central and is on relatively quite street, so it's not noisy over night or in the mornings. Rooms were clear.
This place is not a 4 star hotel. They use gym as a storage for luggage or for employee lunches. Reception was very annoying on WhatsApp, pushing different tours. And the only time I reached out to them with a request for iron, it was not available.
