    Hotel is located at a perfect location and all the tourist attractions, shops are within 1km. I would definetly recommend this hotel, if this hotel is not available, prefer hotels near to this location

    We booked the hotel at Hanoi Sunshine but they transferred us to their sister hotel across the street, even though I checked in at 1pm. I can only blame myself for not reading the more recent review from other fellow travellers. Their sister hotel was run down as much as they tried to keep it clean. They have kindly "upgraded" one of the rooms but the door to the balcony is spoilt and cannot be locked. The only saving grace was their staff at their breakfast area. The staff had brighten our morning although their breakfast offering was bad.

    It did not look like the photo at all and was so ugly. For someone who priotises aesthetics, this really upset me. But the staff upgraded me to a family room so thank you for that.

    Don't be deceived by the photos. Actual room isn't the same. It's old, dirty and noisy. The room we had was across the hotel. Hotel had a different name. Our room had mosquitoes inside. Floor was dusty. Aircon was hot, needs cleaning cause I saw the build up of dirt.
