We stayed here for a night before heading on a limo bus, and with just one night, this stay was so lovely because of the kindness of the staff. When we came back to Ha Noi to pick up one of our belongings here, the staff offered to store our luggage even though we weren’t even staying there that night—so kind :) I also really loved the breakfast and view from the dining room . Thank you again golden moon hotel staff !

I booked my stay online and i feel for what i paid, it wasnt worth it but then i saw it advertised for *** a night which is ok The rooms were clean and had everything you needed. A good breakfast selection was included and the staff were very friendly

Our stay at this hotel in the heart of the Old Quarter was absolutely exceptional. The location is perfect — surrounded by everything you need while still feeling comfortable and safe. The amenities were excellent, and the breakfast buffet offered a great variety of delicious food every morning. What truly made our experience memorable was the outstanding hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, attentive, and genuinely kind. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home throughout our stay. We especially appreciated the thoughtful gesture of preparing packed breakfast meals for us when we had to leave early for our Ha Long Bay trip and couldn’t attend the breakfast buffet on our last day. That level of care and service really stood out. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hanoi. We would definitely stay here again and will gladly recommend it to our friends and family.

I stayed in two different room types in this hotel but this room is not meeting expectations. The sink had makeup stains and the bathroom ceiling was moldy. There were also hair on the pillow and bedsheets that were not mine. Also, there was an ant infestation behind the TV.
