    Disappointing stay overall. The hotel failed to inform guests that there was no running hot water in the entire property, so expect cold showers. The night receptionist was extremely rude, spoke aggressively, and even yelled while talking. They also failed to mention breakfast ends at 9 a.m., so I paid for it and couldn’t use it. On top of that, the bed was uncomfortable.

    Hotel has everything we needed. Hotel staff is really good and helped us with loading the luggage in the taxi while leaving and gave us couple of water bottles, nice gesture.

    The staff are very friendly and helpful. Great value in perfect location not far from nice lake to walk, cafes and far enough away from Old Quarter Beer St. noise but close enough to walk.
