Staff were polite and helpful with suggestions. The girls, Chi and Chiu, and the gentleman, William, were all very courteous and welcoming. The room was clean, spacious and loved the decor.

Excellent value for money. We stayed in the family room, which was two spacious connecting rooms behind one private entrance, perfect for our family. The beds were very comfortable, the furniture felt high quality, and even the extra leather sofas were a nice touch. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The location was great too – close to the Old Quarter, the lake, and many restaurants.
The hotel could pay a little more attention to the common areas. There was an old mattress left in the corridor on our floor during our whole stay, and the reception area was often crowded with guests’ luggage. A separate storage space would make the entrance look much tidier.
