We stayed at Hanoi Lucky Hotel in September and really loved it. The location is perfect—close to major tourist spots and great Michelin-recognized eateries. While there is no elevator, the staff was extremely helpful carrying our luggage at check-in and checkout. Breakfast isn't a buffet, but the bread with bacon was excellent! We had a small issue with our AC, but the team fixed it right away. Special thanks to James for helping us book our Ninh Binh tour, and a huge thank you to the rest of the staff for their wonderful hospitality!

The manager named James was very Rude and not at all welcoming, he did not offer to take our luggage to the room and was giving us a room on 5th floor with no lift and all our bags were heavy and we requested him to help us he said you have to pick up your own bags, he charged extra to give us a room on 2nd floor. would not recommend this hotel to any traveller
