    5 star for everything. The hotel is very near by Carhedral and Hoan Kiem lake and other tourist locations

    The staff are very polite and helpful, which made the stay pleasant. They also assist with arranging airport transfers, and the driver provided was very nice and accommodating. The lobby is clean and well-maintained, giving a good first impression. The location is excellent—just a few minutes’ walk to St. Joseph Cathedral and Hoan Kiem Lake. There are also plenty of nearby food options, including banh mi spots, Cong Cafe, and Bun Cha Dac Kim (a Michelin-selected restaurant), making it very convenient for dining and sightseeing. However, the rooms feel quite old—lighting is dim and the furniture is outdated. While the room is generally clean, it could definitely be improved in terms of upkeep. The heater was not functioning well during my stay. One helpful feature is the weighing scale located in the corridor, which is convenient for guests. The beddings and towels are clean but no longer bright white, showing signs of long-term use.
