    If you are looking for a place to stay that is literally close to cathedral, foods and shop! Book this hotel, owner are very kind they allow us to leave our baggage when we go sapa. Room is clean and nice

    Staff were very helpful and always friendly. Location was great right near St Joseph’s. Loads of restaurant and shops all on your doorstep. Overall I would stay here again.

    We had a really bad experience at this hotel. The pictures on Agoda are completely different from what we saw when we arrived. The room we got was moldy, smelled awful, and the bedsheets were stained. It was far from the clean and comfortable place shown in the photos. We only stayed for about an hour as the condition of the room was unbearable. When we decided to check out, the staff offered us a refund on the condition that we mark our booking as a “No Show” on Agoda, which we declined since we had actually checked in and experienced the room ourselves. We transferred to a better hotel. We also couldn’t understand why this hotel has such a high rating. It's completely misleading. Yes, it’s cheap, but if you’re looking for a relaxing and comfortable place to rest after a long day, this is not the right place.
