Cheers Hostel Hanoi

Location is great.. Walking distance to most part of the Interesting spots in Old QUARTER, Friendly staff, clean sheet.

The small fan is good to have in the bunk but was noisy and was not properly installed. It came off while I was sleeping.

Location was great

It was not that clean, toilets were not so clean, the fan in the individual bunks was not really working and it dropped from the wall a few times

10/10 service. extremely helpful and friendly. - could exchange money (cash) at a decent rate (4% markup) - could check in sooner than expected (12am) - got free earplugs which was appreciated 7/10 room - nice shower (although a bit dirty) - some minor defects in the room that could be fixed (loose lamps / open cables) - comfortable and clean beds - really loud nouise when it was raining /afterwards (probably due to raining pipe) 10/10 location.

minor reparations that should be done. loud nouise when / after rain

Great location - bed was clean and comfortable.

Booked this place because of the price. Then when we went to check out, they told us there was a error with the price on booking.com and wanted us to pay the different for the nights (essentially x3 the price we were expecting to pay) and wanted cash. We negotiated a price and paid credit.
