The hotel is well-located. Despite it being in the middle of the city center, it is not a noisy room. So you can relax after a whole day tour. Cleanliness is ok. Just be sure that when the hotel says "we upgraded" your room, it is really for an upgraded one. It is not a room that they wanted to change you into because they hope to have more guests in the other rooms.

I initially booked a smaller room late at night, and the host was very accommodating in upgrading me to a larger suite with a huge window and beautiful view, which I truly appreciated. She communicated consistently and efficiently throughout my stay and was very kind.
The location is very central and convenient, making it easy to access nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, I was thankful for the host’s responsiveness and hospitality.
