Bed was really big and several lights inside the room. Bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was decent. You can order an omelette for free and they will prepare it for you. I don't quite remember but I think they also prepare a bowl of pho for you for free. It is located in the Old Quarter and as long as your hotel is in that area, it's pretty much easy to walk to the different sights and to get around. Plenty of restaurants and shops everywhere.

We absolutely loved the location of this hotel. It was right in the heart of the old quarter. The rooms were clean and comfortable. No issues at all. The hostess Kim was extremely hospitable and helpful. She helped us with a free upgrade on our arrival due to availability. She was amazing!
We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast. It was average. The breakfast can definitely be improved to offer more sweet things. There was only toast with tea and the eggs which you could ask the chef to prepare. Also, they should provide a large jug of milk as tourists use more milk for cereals and tea. There was a very small jug of milk in the breakfast area and we had to keep on asking them to top up the milk.
