great location. in the heart of town but located on a quieter street. reception girls were awesome.

its quite a trek to walk ul to my room. the internet struggled a bit while i was there.

Central so was easy to get about. Very kind staff and were helpful - were able to do our laundry too. Spacious room and great balcony. We did have a private room.
Slightly mouldy & not a very nice shower (no pressure & cold).

Second stay at ecogreen. Hostel. Manager is great! Seamless organisation and very caring. Recommend for 1-3 night stay to look around Hanoi. Bubbly manager will help you with any buses, grab rides, Sims etc. All for an honest price and with a smile on her face.

We used this hotel as day use waiting for night train The hotel met our purpose. Backpacker style with private ensuites.
No elevator. No assistance with luggage.
