Serenity Diamond Hotel

I stayed here for 4 days and 3 nights, during my birthday celebration and I had such a wonderful experience. I arrived early, and they were kind enough to upgrade my room and allow me to check in early. The hotel is also conveniently located near some of the tourist spots, which made exploring Hanoi even easier. When I came back to the hotel, the next day after exploring Hanoi which is the day of my birthday I was shocked to see a box waiting for me on the table. When I opened it, there was a cake inside. I honestly didn’t expect it at all. Thank you so much, Serenity Diamond Hotel, for this sweet birthday surprise. I truly appreciate it! You definitely made my birthday even more special. ✨ The birthday greeting got a little damaged because I opened the box the wrong way, but the cake was so cute. Thank you so much for making my stay and birthday celebration memorable. Highly recommended.

I booked this hotel twice already, love the location and staff are nice too

Location wise the best. But then this is not friendly for older guests as stairs are steep and the floors are not level. This is just the same hotel, premier and diamond.

The hotel definitely needs improvement in terms of its physical appearance, cleanliness, and overall maintenance. Our room’s air conditioner was leaking, and although we reported it to the staff, the only solution provided was to use towels to soak up the water on the floor. This is one of the reasons I’m hesitant to use hotel towels for anything other than their intended purpose. 😢 The hallways are already quite narrow, yet hotel supplies, used towels, and linens were left scattered along them, making the area feel even more cramped and untidy. The hotel lobby was also very crowded with boxes and other items that should ideally be stored in a more suitable area. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and accommodating, which I appreciated. The location is also a major advantage—it’s close to the lake, souvenir shops, shopping centers, restaurants, cafés, spas, and the famous Beer Street, making it very convenient for tourists. Overall, the location and staff are great, but the hotel would benefit significantly from better cleanliness, organization, and regular maintenance.
