    The location is excellent but the rooms are very small compared to the price paid. The bathroom is also very conjusted + towels did not smell nice.

    The room is spacious but there are a lot of stairs and the corridors are too small which is very hard for big luggages, but all in all it’s very nice and affordable

    The hotel is close to restaurants, 10-15min walking distance to st. Joseph Cathedral, hoan kiem lake and cafes. They have an elevator but it’s kind of confusing because when we got out o thought the room was just there, but we still need to take the stair down to our room. The room was huge, good for 4 person, nice bathroom with hot shower, but there is a little smell. when I was checking the closet we saw a plastic bag hanging with something inside, like water and other things, we are not sure if the other guest left it there or what. I got scared so I ask my husband to call the front desk to check and get it. I guess they did not clean the room thoroughly.
