    I recommend this hotel if you'll be staying just a few hours in Hanoi and on a budget. But for long term stay, won't recommend it specially if you have budget for a hotel. Overall, the location is great near in Old Quarter and Train Street.

    Our stay at Serenity Diamond Hotel was very disappointing. The hotel looked nothing like the photos posted online. Instead of feeling like a hotel, it felt more like a motel, which was not what we expected. The room was outdated, and the air conditioner was not cold, making it uncomfortable to stay in. Overall, we felt misled by the online photos. We hope the management improves the facilities and provides more accurate photos so future guests know what to expect.

    One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The room was dirty, the bathroom hadn’t been properly cleaned, and there was a strong unpleasant smell throughout the room. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets didn’t feel fresh. The staff were unhelpful and showed little concern when we raised our issues. On top of that, the room was noisy, making it almost impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Overall, the hotel was poorly maintained and did not match the standards or photos advertised. I regret booking this place and would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.
