    Solo female travelers are safe here. This place is better for you ger travelers who are more comfortable with basic amenities. The place is clean and the staff speaks good english and is very helpful.

    I have an early morning arrival at hanoi, and was able to leave my luggages as checkin was still at 2pm. After checking in, i expect that i would be able to rest a bit as I will just be staying for a while coz my bus to SAPA is at midnight, but in the room, there are people talking loud. Not sure if they were staff who clean the bunks or other guest. After an hour, when they left that is the only time i took rest.

    The space is very small and no door for room, only curtains. Three level bunk bed is really uncomfortable.
