Anna, Lisa, Jacky, Lily and the rest of the staff of Splendid were very helpful during our stay. The hotel was clean and will be back on our next stay in Hanoi.

We had a great stay here. Beds extremely comfortable, rooms clean, AC worked, location excellent, quiet when we slept. Staff excellent. Would stay here again!
