    I had a good stay overall. The staff were very friendly, responsive, and always willing to help. They immediately helped carry my luggage to my room, which I really appreciated. My room was on the 9th floor, but the elevator only goes up to the 8th floor, so we had to walk one flight of stairs. They helped me carry my luggage upstairs, although I had to carry it down by myself when I checked out. My only minor issue happened when I first arrived. As a solo traveler, I was standing outside the hotel for a while, and no one opened the door for me. I was a bit surprised since I had luggage with me, but I also understand that it's Hanoi and there are many people passing by the entrance every day, so they may not have realized I was a guest. Once I went inside, they immediately assisted me and were very accommodating. The main reason I booked this hotel was its excellent location. It's very close to the sleeper bus pickup and drop-off point for Sapa, which made my trip extremely convenient. If you're planning to travel to or from Sapa by sleeper bus, I would definitely recommend staying here.

    Ms. Jane at the reception booking service was very helpful. When my husband lost his phone, she kindly assisted us in checking their CCTV to see if it had been left at the reception area. We truly appreciate her help. She was also the person who coordinated our Halong Bay cruise. Thank you, Ms. Jane.

    Staff were the best!!! Everyone was kind and accommodating, they are very attentive to our needs. However the hotel is old and needs a little renovation.
