Location was excellent. Mia the receptionist was great! From the time they received my booking to the day I left she helped with my trip. Celine found me a great price for a trip to Ha Lan Bay and suggested a few things to do. Nhta Also was very helpful.

Hoang spoke great English and was very helpful in pointing out spots in Hanoi for us to experience. Service was overall great and the rooms were wonderful considering the price.

Amazing stay! The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly, and always happy to help. Everything was spotless, and the property looked exactly like the photos, which was very reassuring. The bed was extremely comfortable, and after staying in six different places in Hanoi, this was by far the best one. As a lovely touch, they even gave us a departure gift when we left. Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again!

The location was great, right in the middle of all the action and easy to walk to food and markets. Very close to old quarter!

When I got to the hotel it smelt very moldy and felt damp. I thought that must be the enternece but it was the whole building. I was put in a room on the 2nd floor with lots of mold by the a/c, mold on all the fake flowers, hole in the ceiling outside the room, no window to get fresh air and could not breathe well at all. The water bottles that they provide are really dirty around the rim and inside the cap. I told the front desk and they upgraded me to the 8th floor with a window. It was still a little damp feeling but no showing mold and a lot cleaner of a room so I stayed with the windows open the whole time. I have asthma so I had to switch or I would have had to ask for refund due to health concerns. There is no eating area or food or maybe I just wasn’t shown that part of the hotel. They ask you how your stay is at the end and if you could give them a 10 star review before leaving and insist that you show them. I had to really stand my ground and tell them I was going to give an honest review later when I had the time to write it out. They should not have that high of a rating until it is cleaned up better. The employees were very very very kind and accommodating and did not charge me extra for a room that was more expensive.
