    From the moment we arrived, the staff was extremely friendly and attentive to us. Ms. Celine and Mr. Ben both always greeted us with a smile and asked about our day and if there was anything we needed. The room had a clean bed and a clean shower. The hotel was located in a very nice location, in old quarter with a convenience store right next to it.

    Trang trang botique hotel was so great. It was clean, spacious, with classic interior and have well lit rooms. Celine and Ben was very accommodating and speaks good english. 100/10 for their customer service. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

    Great hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, and the location was very convenient. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend it.

    The room looks somewhat like the photos but because it is an older building, there is just a lot of mould. Mould on the walls, the ceilings, in the aircon. The room smells like mould and bleach and it ruins the experience unfortunately. Because it has no windows there’s just poor ventilation. The bed sheets were damp and we had to ask for new sheets, which they helped us with. The staff were nice and helpful and it is ok value considering the good location, however I would recommend to pay more for a cleaner and nicer place to stay.
