Good location, very centrally placed near the lake and the old quarter. Staff were friendly and helpful, room was a decent size for one person. Hot water was good though the shower pressure could have been improved.
The property reflects the price point, but the bathroom was a bit grubby and lacked a few amenities. The walls are also quite thin, so be prepared to hear whatever your neighbours are doing. Otherwise no issues.

The location is very convenient, close to many attractions in the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore the city within a short time. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for a short stay.
Overall, it’s a great choice for a short visit, especially if you want to stay in the heart of Hanoi.
The room was quite small and didn’t have a window. It’s fine for a short stay, but not ideal if you’re planning a longer visit.

The location in the Old Quarter is fantastic. It’s cheap and good value for money and the staff are nice.
If you’re travelling to Hanoi you don’t want to spend a lot of time in the room. But my room lacked a window and smelt a little (it’s my first time back in Asia for two and I know it’s normal but still) it was also noisy in the hallways which I know isn’t the hotels fault but you can hear everything so I didn’t have the best sleep.
