The staff are very accomodating. Lucy and Jerry are very friendly and always checking on us if we are confortable enough with our rooms and always ask our itinerary and they always suggest different places, foods and restaurant to try. Kuddos to the staff. Will be back again.

My group had a good time. Near many shops and easily accessible. Headroom is low though, but it’s just right for average asians. The staff are very kind and accommodating! They gave options from the airport ride to the hotel, given that we arrived Hanoi past 1AM. The place is highly recommended!

The location is perfect for easy access and walkability, complemented by reliable Wi-Fi and hot water throughout the stay. The facilities are well-maintained, enhancing the overall experience, and the staff are attentive and helpful. Cleanliness is top-notch, making the value for money truly worthwhile.

The room looks somewhat like the photos but because it is an older building, there is just a lot of mould. Mould on the walls, the ceilings, in the aircon. The room smells like mould and bleach and it ruins the experience unfortunately. Because it has no windows there’s just poor ventilation. The bed sheets were damp and we had to ask for new sheets, which they helped us with. The staff were nice and helpful and it is ok value considering the good location, however I would recommend to pay more for a cleaner and nicer place to stay.
