The staff were really friendly and accommodating and the property is in a great position, right in amongst the old town hubbub, but on a quieter street.
The shower had a rainwater and a hand attachment, but the pressure wasn’t strong enough for the rain water part. The sheets had hair on them, but were clean, so we think it must have been a washing machine problem.

Great location and this was an emergency find when other accom fell through at the last second. The staff were amazing, helped with everything including laundry service etc.
The walls needed cleaning, no hot water in the shower, toilet blocked (staff assisted quickly to resolve). Can be very noisy in the area, but quietened down after 11pm. Sound proofing didn't work on the 8th floor.
