Hanoi Downtown Hostel & Rooftop Bar

I loved my stay here! Phil was an absolute legend - always so friendly and welcoming, down for a chat and super helpful. It was a perfect location from which to explore the city! The dorm room and facilities were nice and clean and there are lockers in the room for your stuff. The buffet breakfast included was good and nice to socialise with people from the other hostel. The rooftop bar was the perfect spot to do yoga and watch the sunset!

The dorm rooms are a little cramped and the beds are a bit hard, but I was lucky enough to share with really lovely, respectful people so space wasn’t an issue for me!

Right in the heart of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, you’re literally steps away from all the action - beer within 20 metres! The rooftop is fantastic, breakfast is delicious, and the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and always ready to help. I’ve travelled across Asia and this is easily one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in. Super clean, unbeatable location, and amazing city views from the rooftop. Truly couldn’t have asked for more. 11/10 - keep it up team, you’re doing an amazing job!

The staff are super lovely and the bed was so comfortable. It was great value for money. The bathrooms were pretty clean too. The rooms could’ve been a bit bigger but were easy enough to manage. The breakfast is soooo good, but it is at another hostel which is only a minutes walk away. The location is great, it’s right on beer street but not loud. I also extended my stay 2 extra nights.

It was in a perfect location to lots of things in Hanoi. The rooms were nice enough, the staff was lovely and you can check in at any time

I got bitten by lots of mosquitoes while in bed, I didn't mind but for solo travellers to know it was not very social - my dorm was no one speaking. The dorm was smelly but obviously that's due to the people in the dorm not the place. It's a good place just to sleep. Also the hostel rooftop bar was never open in the evening
