8 / 10Excellent·Oct 2026
I really loved how friendly the staff were, especially jay who was very welcoming when i first arrived to the hotel. He was active in providing suggestions for what to do in hanoi, where to eat in hanoi and even which part of vietnam i should visit next. He was really super friendly and approachable and i really commend his effort and genuinity.
The room was a bit dusty, and the soap and shampoo were not the best. Location was easy to pass but i think without the crowd around the hotel, it is more noticeable.

Its location just 50 meter from colourful beer market. Still silent as it’s in a narrow street.Jessica is super host.Early check in without cost
There is no lift

立地も良いし少し路地を入ったところなので周りの音も静かで良い。何よりスタッフの方全員がしっかり挨拶をしてくれ、旅行計画にも親身に相談にのってくれました!
