    We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. They were also happy to help organise trips, although we had already arranged ours. The rooms were spacious and clean, and we especially loved having interconnecting rooms with a shared balcony, which was perfect for us. Breakfast had enough of choice, including freshly prepared eggs to your preference. The hotel is in the heart of the Old Quarter, making it a great base for exploring Hanoi. There is also a small pool, which was a lovely bonus. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well!

    Thankfully we had rooms that didn't open to swimming pool or the the street so we didn't have much noise from beer street even though it was only 200m away. Great location for exploring the old quarter. The adjoining rooms made it easy for a family of 4. Would recommend

    Very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is not great not worth the extra money. Staff are kind not as helpful as other hotels I have stayed in. Roof top area messy and unkept, swimming pool is clean but it’s quite a dark area. I would say it’s overpriced for what it is.
