Kingdom Hanoi Hotel

Very good price for last mintues booking. This is my second stay here. Lovely hotel in a great location in the old town, good room with air conditioning, a bit small but super clean. Every time, the staff are incredibly kind and always greet guests with a smile. They helped me arrange tours to Ha Long Bay and Ha Giag loop at more competitive prices than any other agencies I compared. The prices are clearly displayed both in the rooms and in the lobby, so I felt comfortable using services such as car pick up, laundry, money exchange.., They provide good services at reasonable prices. So I would definitely love to stay here again on my next visit, excellent!

The hotel is situated in the heart of the Old Quarter. Everything is close at hand. The young lady on reception and the cleaner were wonderful. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was powerful and there was plenty of hot water.

The hotel is situated opposite an open air night club. There is very load music playing each night until 12:30am. There is also lots of other street noise until the early hours. The hotel charged me for both my room and another guests room that had nothing to do with me. They did apologise and eventually paid me back in cash but it seemed to drag on and on before they actually returned the money to me.
