We had a wonderful stay at Dream Boutique Hotel. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the Old Quarter and close to many attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. We especially liked that we selected a Family Room. The staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. A special mention to Philip, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He assisted us in arranging tours at very good prices and was always supportive and approachable whenever we needed assistance. His hospitality and helpful nature really made our trip more comfortable and enjoyable. The room was comfortable, breakfast had a good with small variety. A great place for travelers looking for convenience and friendly service in Hanoi.

On arrival at Hotel, we did not receive the Family Room that we had originally booked and expected. Instead, we were allocated two standard rooms, which was unexpected and not aligned with our reservation. This created some inconvenience, especially in terms of confirming and honoring the original room commitment. The situation was eventually managed, but the hotel should improve consistency in reservation handling and ensure confirmed bookings are provided as agreed. The rooms were a small when compared to photos, especially for a longer family stay, but they were clean ok (need painding) . We had originally booked for 6 days, however due to our visa duration being limited to 5 days, we had to shorten our stay and adjust our plans. The hotel charged an additional day during the modification process, though we understood the policy and managed accordingly. One small area for improvement would be guest amenities. When we requested extra drinking water, we were asked to purchase it from a nearby store instead of having it added to the room bill. Apart from these minor points, the overall stay and staff experience were still positive.

No balcony but the balcony was mentioned Bad, very bad smell from bathroom
