Stunning design, beautiful attention to detail. This place is in such a prime location. Can walk to almost anywhere you like in Hanoi. Staff are so kind. Airport transfer (i had a super early departure and they prepared a little breakfast box for me—so cute). Super comfy king bed. Would 100% stay here again when in Hanoi. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Gorgeous little rooftop bar.
My gripes are tiny and inconsequential, but i will list them nonetheless. The shower was great, but for some reason leaked outside the shower and around to the toilet drain lol. Not crazy, and cleared by morning. The bath mat was also a little dirty, but it’s a bath mat. Who cares.

Beware of the misleading advertising about “free late check-out.” In reality, they only grant one extra hour, subject to availability, just like any other hotel.
