La Mejor Indochine Hotel

The service at this hotel was superb from the minute we arrived with staff rushing down the steps to take our luggage. All staff were consistently welcoming and polite. The rooms were spacious with amazingly large and comfortable beds. Our request for adjoining rooms was readily accommodated and we had our own private entranceway meaning we could leave our room doors open if wanted. Breakfast was delicious. Location was fantastic and we reached pretty much everywhere on foot.

Loved this hotel. It’s a much needed haven from the chaos of Hanoi old town. We were provided a driver from the airport which meant a smooth transition from arrivals. Our welcome was comforting and we were given a free upgrade to our room. Our room was perfect: clean and luxurious. Breakfast is plentiful. Staff work hard to take care of you. We also used the spa downstairs and that is recommended too. Furthermore Du arranged for us to go on a cruise to Halong Bay. This was made simplistic and effortless. Excellent experience. .

This is not in the hotel’s power but outdoors of the hotel is pure chaos.

We only stayed one night but would definitely return. A beautiful hotel right in the heart of the old quarter (just around the corner from beer st). The room was comfortable and clean and has a very luxurious feel with a spacious bathroom. the staff were great and the rooftop bar is fantastic. Breakfast was very good with a large varied selection and coffees made to order.

It is in a very busy, touristy area, We were happy with this but it may not appeal to people wanting a quiet local feel.
