like the title says, my favorite during my whole trip. definitely the place for you if you like clean, modern interior with a small twist. staff was so so kind. even when we were leaving, they help us out into the car with all our luggages and wished us good fortune and luck in feature endeavors. Loved it.

The hotel is quite small , but that's normal inside the old town. The rooms are comfortable and the great staff made our stay extremely pleasant. Want to specially thank ms. Linda, Sam ,Thanh and everyone working the front desk and in the restaurant for helping to make our stay in Hanoi the highlight of our trip.

Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience during our stay. One evening, the shower water was extremely hot, making it impossible to take a shower. We contacted the hotel staff, and someone came to check the issue. However, they left without explaining anything, so we assumed it had been fixed. When we tried again, the water was still far too hot to use. We had to call the staff a second time, only to be told that the problem might not be resolved until the following day. Since we were already halfway through our showers, we asked what we were supposed to do, but the staff couldn’t offer any solution. We eventually had to suggest using a shower in another room ourselves. Only then were we arranged to go to another nearby hotel to finish showering. To make matters worse, the next morning we were told there was no running water at all, meaning we couldn’t even flush the toilet. We understand that technical issues can happen, but what disappointed us most was the lack of communication and proactive assistance from the hotel staff. We had to keep following up and come up with solutions ourselves, which made the whole experience extremely frustrating and inconvenient.
